Overview

Keene Rainscreen is a drainage and ventilation mat designed to be installed behind exterior wall systems such as siding, stone, and stucco. It helps manage moisture by creating a drainage space, allowing water to escape and air to circulate, which promotes quicker drying of the wall assembly. This product is particularly effective in preventing water damage and mold growth, enhancing the durability and longevity of wall systems in various climates.

Technical Information

Driwall™ Rainscreen 013-1 is Keene's newest, thinner drainage mat for exterior wall systems. Same great Rainscreen product, but now can fit your thinner application needs. The entangled net product eliminates incidental moisture problems in most exterior veneer applications, including stucco, manufactured stone, and plank siding.

  • Drainage of excess moisture and ventilation in one product
  • Lightweight and easy to handle
  • Simple installation with mechanical staple hammer
  • Polymer core resistant to most known corrosive chemicals, including solvents
  • Wide rolls for fewer seams
  • Core ABSORBS and RELEASES NO MOISTURE
  • Provides no source for the promotion of MOLD, MILDEW or BACTERIA
