Tools & Non-Construction Products
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Tools and accessory items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in brand-new, unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or store credit, minus any shipping charges. If an item is defective, please contact us with photos and order details so we can assist with a warranty claim.
Construction Materials
Our goal is to provide only fresh, high-quality materials for every project. For this reason, returns on building products such as brick, thin brick, mortar, and other masonry materials are not accepted, and all sales are final — except for the specific products listed under "Return-Eligible Products" below.
There are several important reasons for this policy:
- Lot and batch consistency: Colors, textures, and sizes vary by production run, making it impossible to re-integrate returned materials without risking mismatched results.
- Custom cutting & processing: Many orders involve cutting full brick into thin brick or preparing special blends, which cannot be resold.
- Quality assurance: We guarantee our customers only new materials, never leftovers or previously handled stock.
- Direct shipping: Some items ship directly from manufacturing plants that do not accept returns.
- Industry standards: Return restrictions ensure compliance with manufacturing guidelines and maintain product integrity.
By following this approach, we ensure that every customer receives only first-quality materials.
✅ Return-Eligible Products
The following products — and only these products — may be returned under the terms below. This list is reviewed and updated by Brick It; if a product is not on this list, it is final sale.

- Cinder Loft — Thin Brick Wall Veneer (boxed, quick-ship)

Return terms for listed products:
- Return window: 14 days from delivery.
- Condition: Boxes must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Opened or partially used boxes cannot be returned.
- Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return freight to our Bohemia, NY warehouse. We recommend insuring the shipment — materials damaged in return transit cannot be refunded.
- How to start a return: Contact us at customerservice@brickit.com or +1 631 591 9210 with your order number within the 14-day window. Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be accepted.
- Restocking fee: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
- Refund: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return, less the 25% restocking fee. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24–48 hours if possible, as most products are processed almost immediately after an order is placed. Once processing begins, including material sourcing, custom cutting, or scheduling changes may not be possible.
Unclaimed Orders
Orders not picked up or delivered within 60 days of being marked “ready to ship” will be discarded and fully invoiced to the customer.
Product Samples
Customers may purchase samples to review color, texture, and finish prior to committing to a full project. Up to three (3) mini sample boards may be credited toward one registered project order. Please note that shipping fees for samples are non-refundable and are not included in the credit.
