Overview

StoColor®Silcolastic is an elastomeric, silicone-emulsion, decorative coating. It is weatherproof, dirt-resistant, and mildew-resistant; and bridges hairline cracks. Use it for protecting vertical concrete, stucco, EIFS, masonry, or previously acrylic-coated smooth/textured surfaces. Its smooth finish is roller-applied or spray applied in a variety of colors, making it an easy way to quickly improve a substrates appearance.

COVERAGE (per pail)
400-540 ft2 (37-50 m2) per pail.

Reduced maintenance, resists dirt pick-up better than traditional silicone elastomeric.
Superior elongation, can bridge minor surface cracks.
Flexibility accommodates deflection better than conventional paints
High vapor permeability resists blistering.
