Mohawk Colorama Concrete Specialties, Inc. is a family-owned business with deep roots stretching back to the 1930s in Rockville Centre, Long Island, New York. In 1972, the company relocated to Calverton, where it proudly became the only manufacturer of traditional stucco on Long Island, serving Nassau, Suffolk, and the greater tri-state area.

For nearly a century, Mohawk Stucco has been woven into the architectural fabric of Long Island. From the historic estates of the North Shore, where tradition and prestige meet to the iconic luxury homes of the Hamptons, Mohawk has played a role in shaping some of the most recognized and admired properties in the region. Its durability, versatility, and timeless character made it the go-to choice for builders, architects, and homeowners seeking quality without compromise.

In 2011, after decades of success, the original owners retired to spend more time with their children and grandchildren. Ownership was then entrusted to Brick It, based in Bohemia, New York, who proudly continues the Mohawk tradition. Today, Brick It manufactures Mohawk Stucco with the same craftsmanship, dedication, and attention to detail that made it a household name across Long Island, ensuring the Mohawk legacy continues to thrive in both historic and new high-end construction.
