DuPont™ InstaStik™ Quik Set Commercial Adhesive is a one-component, moisture-cured polyurethane adhesive. It has been evaluated for use in Outsulation X with XPS to bond the insulation to the WRB.
Tensile bond testing was conducted (ASTM C297) resulting in bond strength values exceeding the minimum requirement of 15 psi. o The insulation board must be placed into its final position before the Insta Stik™ adhesive develops a surface skin. This is dependent on the temperature and humidity at the time of application. Remove skinned adhesive and reapply fresh material as necessary.
